In the GIDE Partner Programme, a Value Added Reseller (VAR) is a Partner that is adept at using GIDE and does not require support in selling to, installing for and supporting the Client. The VAR Partner provides their own Client services.
One of our options for working with strategic Partners is to assist with developing a “shared service” modelling practice. Partners become power users, while their clients are able to connect to the MSP Partner’s GIDE server and work together more effectively: reducing time and errors.
GIDE would provide any support needed to set up this operation and train the MSP Partner in assisting the Client to become proficient in GIDE.
A Consultant is a Partner who as an Advisor or Finance Professional is able to provide their own expert services or financial modelling services to their clientele directly, in association with the GIDE Software Suite.
Some Clients request an independent third party to provide and implement solutions and in some cases GIDE looks for Partners for selected Clients with whom GIDE would play the role of software vendor only.
Universities and other centres of higher education may wish to provide their future finance professionals with the opportunity to work with GIDE’s financial modelling tools in their lectures and classes. Students will not only learn about finance, but they will acquire the ability to use the data in a structured manner.
